Recognises generator warnings carried without a decision

What it means

A non-empty `-- Warnings raised while generating this file` block with nothing about it in the review record. Each line is a decision the model left to the generator. Also look for a header stripped on the way into version control.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: The header carries `index 'ix_dim_party_notes' covers dim_party.relationship_manager_notes, a BLOB/TEXT column; MySQL needs an explicit prefix length ... it will not run without editing the model`, and the file is signed off as reviewed Acceptable: Every warning closed — the model changed, or the warning quoted in the handover with who accepted it and why. A warning is not a style note; it is the only record that something was decided for you
