Terms of use
In short
- Skilirium is a free pilot. Results are estimates to help you learn, not a certificate.
- Answer the questions yourself and do not try to copy or extract the question bank.
- Your data stays yours; how we handle it is described in the privacy policy.
The service
Skilirium (“the service”) is an adaptive diagnostic test of the knowledge and skills an occupation needs. It is run by Peep Küngas, Tallinn, Estonia (“we”). You use it through an app that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), such as Claude. By signing in you accept these terms.
Pilot status
The service is in a pilot phase and is free of charge. Its questions were drafted with the help of AI and are being reviewed by experts, so some may be imperfect. We may change, pause or end the service; if we end it, we follow the notice and export promise in the privacy policy.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure: whoever controls it can see your results. You can stop using Skilirium at any time and ask us to delete your data.
Fair use
When you take a test as a person, answer the questions yourself. Do not:
- let an AI model or another person answer a test that is presented as yours;
- copy, collect or publish the questions or try to obtain the answer keys;
- scrape the service, send automated traffic that is not part of a test, or try to overload it;
- try to get around sign-in or see other people’s tests.
Testing AI models is welcome when it is done openly in model mode, where the model takes the test under its own name. Please keep the number of runs reasonable, and contact us before large-scale evaluations.
Results
A result is a statistical estimate of which knobits you have mastered, based on a limited number of answers. It is not a qualification, certificate or professional assessment, and it should not be the only basis for decisions about hiring, admission or promotion. You decide whether to share your results with anyone.
Content and rights
The questions, explanations, software and this website belong to us or to their licensors. You may use them to take tests and learn, but not copy or reuse them elsewhere without our permission. The open ontology the tests are built on is published under its own licence. Your answers and results remain your data; you allow us to process them only as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and correct, but provide it as it is, without guarantees of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions made on the basis of results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending use
You can stop at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk, and will tell you why where we can.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show the current terms; for important changes we give notice on this site at least 14 days in advance. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
Estonian law applies. We will try to settle any disagreement by talking first; write to peepkungas@gmail.com. Otherwise disputes go to Harju County Court in Tallinn, unless the law of the country you live in as a consumer gives you the right to go to your own courts.
