Stage 7: Derive data quality rules
Knobit of Data modelling · K-716 · Skill
Recognises a set rule written as a row rule
What it means
A rule that can only be judged across rows — uniqueness, no overlap, a total, a reference to another table — written as a single-row predicate. It is not a weak check; it checks nothing.
How it is assessed
Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: `DQ-004: account_identifier is unique`, `scope: row`, `expression: account_identifier IS NOT NULL` Acceptable: `scope: set` and a query returning the duplicated IBANs (`DQR-025`)
