Recognises a business fact held in physical row order

What it means

A business fact read from row order, insertion order or the order of generated key values rather than from a column. It changes with parallel loads, sequence caching, reorganisation or migration.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: "The current address is the one with the highest `address_id`"; "payments in order of booking" read from identity order Acceptable: `booked_at`, `valid_from` or a version number as columns, and the current row identified by its data
