What it means

The relationship's cardinality, optionality or identifying flag says something different from the data rule it cites.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: `BR-007: each payment is posted to exactly one account`, but `LR-004` has `parent_optional: true` Acceptable: Read each relationship aloud as a sentence and compare it with the rule word for word (`LOG-011`, `LOG-029` find a missing link; a mismatch needs a person)
