Recognises a part-of link in a kind-of hierarchy

What it means

A whole-part link sits in a kind-of hierarchy. Z39.19 allows part-of hierarchies only for a few cases: body systems, geographic locations, disciplines and hierarchical social structures.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: Loan → Fixed-rate loan, Repayment instalment; Loan agreement → Repayment schedule Acceptable: Repayment instalment linked to Repayment schedule by an "is part of" relationship. Partitive hierarchy where Z39.19 allows it, for the branch network: Estonia → Harju County → Tallinn
