How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: customer: party that has a customer relationship with the bank; customer relationship: relationship between the bank and a customer Acceptable: customer: party that holds, or has applied to hold, at least one account with the bank (customer relationship may then use customer)
