What it means

An amount, area, count or rate with no unit, currency, precision, inclusion rule (gross/net, with/without VAT) or reference period.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: "Record the payment amount." `DR-005` "Payment payments are recorded in the ledger currency." with the currency itself still unknown Acceptable: "Every payment must record the amount credited or debited in the account's currency, as an ISO 4217 code, to two decimal places." `DR-005` stays `draft` until its `open_question` is answered.
