What it means

Words that cannot be tested: appropriate, relevant, as needed, where possible, timely, up to date, user-friendly, etc., and/or, including but not limited to.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: "Payment data must be kept up to date where possible." Acceptable: "A change of account status must be recorded no later than one working day after the decision."
