Recognises a data requirement making several claims

What it means

The statement makes two or more testable claims, usually joined by "and", "as well as" or a comma. Half gets built and the whole gets signed off.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: `DR-001` "Every payment must record the payment value date and notify the regulator within thirty days." Acceptable: `DR-001` "Every payment must record its value date." The notification deadline is an activity rule (row 3), recorded separately.
