What it looks like in practice
Expected result: Each warning and its closure
How it is assessed: Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: The header carries index 'ix_dim_party_notes' covers dim_party.relationship_manager_notes, a BLOB/TEXT column; MySQL needs an explicit prefix length ... it will not run without editing the model, and the file is signed off as reviewed Acceptable: Every warning closed — the model changed, or the warning quoted in the handover with who accepted it and why. A warning is not a style note; it is the only record that something was decided for you
