Recognises an undeclared foreign key
A logical relationship implemented as a column with no foreign key, usually "for load speed" or "the ETL checks it". Rows referencing nothing load, and so do deletions that leave them. A specific form of row 14.

What it looks like in practice
Expected result: The column and the foreign key to declare
How it is assessed: Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: payment.account_id with no foreign key; an account is purged and its payments point nowhere Acceptable: A foreign_keys entry for every logical relationship, citing it in logical_relationship; where the platform does not enforce it, see row 15 (PHY-007 checks the declared ones; a missing one is review only: compare each LR- with the foreign keys citing it)
