Recognises DDL older than its model

What it means

Generated SQL that predates the last change to `physical-model.yaml`. The model is the truth, so the SQL is a faithful rendering of an earlier truth, and a reviewer who reads only the SQL is reviewing last month's design.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: `loan_arrears_day_count` added to `dim_account` two commits ago; `08-ddl/postgres/01_create_tables.sql` has no such column and the stage-8 review passes Acceptable: Regeneration for every configured dialect in the same commit as the model change, so the SQL is never a separate decision
