Recognises an insertion anomaly in a logical data model

What it means

A fact cannot be recorded without also recording another fact it does not depend on, because it has no entity of its own.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: Branch name held only on Account, so a newly opened branch cannot be recorded until an account is serviced there Acceptable: Branch as a reference entity keyed by Branch Identifier; Account carries only the identifier (cause: row 9)
