Recognises a node with an unclear boundary and no scope note

What it means

A node whose boundary is not obvious from its label has no scope note saying what belongs there and what does not. Catch-all nodes such as Other are the most common case.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: Other products, with nothing saying what belongs there Acceptable: Product not elsewhere classified, with the scope note "products that are not loans, cards or deposits; reviewed at each release"
