What it means

Two fact types state the same relationship under different names, so the rules about it split into two groups nobody compares.

How it is assessed

Flags the deficient case and passes the acceptable one. Deficient: `FT-1: Account has ledger balance` (is-property-of) and `FT-5: Account has ledger balance` (associative) Acceptable: One fact type with one kind; the kind decides whether it becomes an attribute or a relationship (`FCT-008`)
